Jenn Ponci is a muralist, multimedia artist, event coordinator, and curator based in Paradise, California. A survivor of the devastating Camp Fire, she understands firsthand the power of resilience and rebuilding through art.

She began her artistic journey in Sacramento, mentored by David Ewing, and secured her own studio space and solo show while still in high school. Offered a full scholarship to the Chicago Art Institute, she chose hands-on experience over formal education, immersing herself in street art, group exhibitions, and event organizing.

Over the years, she has traveled across the U.S., collaborating with professional aerosol artists and engaging deeply with American Traditional Tattoo culture. She later pioneered the watercolor tattoo style before securing an apprenticeship under world-renowned tattoo artist Cory Norris.

Jenn’s murals transform public spaces, blending realism with creative storytelling to capture emotion, history, and culture. Notable projects include The General train engine mural in Richmond, VA, a California-themed mural for Visit Sacramento, and a mural for Art Basel that was part of a record-breaking all-female production. Her work can be found in San Francisco to Miami, always emphasizing community engagement and thoughtful design.

She recently managed The Nature Conservancy’s mural project at their Sacramento headquarters, an initiative that not only showcased California’s diverse flora and fauna but also provided a paid training opportunity for emerging artists.

Fueled by a passion for mentorship and collaboration, Jenn continues to push creative boundaries, using art to ignite conversations, empower communities, and transform ordinary spaces into living stories. As both an artist and a survivor, she brings resilience, history, and emotion to life—leaving a lasting impact on the walls she touches and the people who experience them.
